A one-day event with teams competing to pull a fully loaded fire truck weighing 70,000 lbs. It's the ultimate tug-of-war challenge and a great team-building event. This event will also feature family attractions and fire safety displays/ demonstrations. This event is FREE ADMISSION!

About the event
The Cause
All funds raised from the event will support Special Olympics Indiana - Wayne County, enabling athletes with intellectual disabilities to train and compete locally and statewide in five Olympic-style sports.
The Teams
Teams can have up to 12 members. All participants must sign a liability waiver. Each team is required to donate at least $500 to participate. Teams can gather funds through fundraisers, individual pledges, and corporate or union sponsorships.
The Fastest Pull - 3 attempts
Team members will line up on the rope attached to the fire truck. The official starter will give the signal to begin the pull. When the team pulls the fire engine 50 feet, or five minutes pass, the stopwatch will stop. The time taken will be recorded as the team score. The team completing the task in the shortest time wins the “Fastest Team Pull” trophy.
